  • Server Logs – IP address, browser type, request timestamp (standard web-server logs).
  • Contact Form Submissions – name, email, message (only when you voluntarily submit).

  • To generate aggregated statistics (no individual can be identified).

4. Cookies & Tracking

Matomo raw data is kept for 12 months then automatically anonymised. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
