All content on the Site (tutorials, assets, code snippets, videos) is provided for:

4. Donations & Payments

  • Donations via Ko-fi are non-refundable and support hosting costs.
  • 1:1 tutoring and commissions are subject to individual agreements.
  • We do not store payment details — all transactions occur via third-party platforms (Ko-fi, Stripe).

5. Modding & Game Risks

Some custom zombies modding may violate Call of Duty Terms of Service and risk account bans. You assume all responsibility for:

  • Use of and Installing custom maps or assets.
  • Playing on public servers.

We are not liable for game bans, data loss, or system damage.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, and original content are owned by IceGrenade. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-party assets (e.g., sounds, models) linked on the Site remain property of their creators.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or error-free operation.
  • That tutorials will work on all systems.
  • Compatibility with future game updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

IceGrenade ZGC and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or linked resources.

The Site contains links to YouTube, Discord, Steam Workshop, and other external sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
